Holiday apartment near the historic centre of Feltre

This holiday apartment is located in a quiet residential area near the historic centre of Feltre.

Outside there is a small garden, furnished with a table and chairs. The apartment features two balconies.

The living space (about 50m2) of the holiday apartment is spread across three floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa, a television, a DVD player and a stereo system, as well as a kitchen equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster and fridge with freezer compartment. On the first floor there is a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. The bedroom is on the top attic floor and has two single beds, which can be joined together as one large bed.

The train station, restaurants, grocery shops, an internet cafe, a pharmacy etc are about 300 metres from the apartment. In Feltre there is plenty to explore: the Museo Civio, the Museo d’Arte Moderna with wrought-iron works, the Museo Diocesano d’Arte Sacra etc. There are also a lot of cultural events, such as the Palio di Feltre and the Arts and Crafts Exhibition, as well as sports events including the Granfondo di Ciclismo (cycling marathon) and the Giro delle Mura (a running competition).

    “Aan de rand van Feltre gelegen met vrij uitzicht. Dicht bij openbaar vervoer, supermarkt, oude stad.
    Appartement dik in orde. Aangenaam te verblijven. Alles voor gebruik aanwezig.”

    “Auch das zweite Mal bei Herrn Scalet,in seinem kleinem Häuschen,fühlten wir uns sehr wohl.
    Alles war vorhanden was man braucht.Die Küche wurde modernisiert,und um eine Spühlmaschine erweitert.Gerne kommen wir wieder.”

    “Hyggelig, ren og veludstyret lejlighed. Her er virkelig ALT, hvad du har brug for. Beliggenheden er god i roligt kvarter. Der er meget fin udsigt over bjerge fra altan og terrasse. Ligger tæt på byen med gode muligheder. Godt udgangspunkt for dagsture. Meget sympatisk og hjælpsom udlejer. Er bestemt anbefalelsesværdigt.”

    “Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet mit Gasherd, Mikrowelle usw. Die Unterkunft ist auf vier Etagen aufgebaut, was dem Ganzen einen besonderen Charme verleiht. Die Einrichtung ist sauber, einfach und zweckmäßig. Der Vermieter und auch die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zentrale, ruhige Lage mit Fernblick auf die Berge. Gerne kommen wir wieder.”

    “Nettes gepflegtes Haus mit schönem Blick auf die gegenüberiegende Berge, einfach eingerichtet aber alles notwendige vorhanden, zusätzlich ausreichend Platz um sich für den Urlaub einrichten zu können, günstige Lage des Hauses, netter Vermieter der präsent aber nicht aufdringlich war.”
