In a quiet hillside position, surrounded by a large property with olive trees, cypresses and oaks, it enjoys a wide panoramic view. Ideal for relaxing in the tranquility of the countryside, to take pleasant walks, hiking and jogging. Thanks to its strategic position, the nearby cultural cities of Arezzo, Florence, Siena and Perugia, as well as medieval villages such as Cortona, San Gimignano, Montepulciano and Volterra are within easy reach.     “Ein toskanisches Steinhaus, wie es im Bilderbuch steht. Ganz klasse eingerichtet, mit Möbeln und Deko im typisch toskanischen Stil, zum Teil sehr alt und absolut schön. Die Vermieter sind sehr, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles ist ausreichend ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Alles war bis in die kleinste Ecke sauber und gepflegt. Der Garten ein Traum und die Sicht umwerfend. Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht, findet hier beides. Wer mehr Trubel mag und dabei nicht auf ein Auto angewiesen sein will, hat es schwerer.”

    “Ausstattung: Alles da, was man braucht. Wünschenswert: 1 bis 2 Liegestühle mehr.
    Lage: Wer es abgeschieden mag, ist hier richtig, mitten im wunderschönen Garten mit Olivenbäumen, Zypressen, Lavendel, duftenden Blumen summenden Bienen und Glühwürmchen kann man sich wunderbar erholen. Ist nur durch ein schmales holpriges-Strässchen erreichbar.
    Zustand: Top. Sehr gepflegt, original restauriert.
    Sauberkeit: sehr gepflegt.
    Preiswürdikeit: in Anbetracht der Größe und der speziellen Art des Hauses ist der Preis ok.”
