This holiday home with pool, built in 2003, is tranquilly located in the small village of Grandii, near Barban. The interiors are modern and practically furnished. Barban is known as a tourist destination for the knights' game Trka na prstenac, as well as for marked hiking trails, a wide range of sports activities such as the adrenaline park Glavani, the horse ranch Barba Tone or the quad club. The house with its well-kept and fenced grounds offers comfort for the whole family - bicycles, the refreshing pool, the covered terrace with barbecue, swing, volleyball or badminton net and much more. There is a kitchenette in room no. 5. The beaches in Krnica, Duga uvala or in the bay Bla will certainly inspire you. We also recommend a trip to Pula, Rovinj, Pore or Rabac. For an extra charge, the owners will arrange a tasting of local specialities such as prosciutto, wine, brandy, olive oil, fresh fruit and vegetables.

    “Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich sehr schön, groß und gepflegt. Im Ort selber ist nicht viel bis gar nichts los, aber von Grandici aus kommt man schnell und problemlos in jede größere Stadt. In der Nähe gibt es einen sehr coolen Hochseilgarten und eine Pferde-Ranch. Der Preis ist unschlagbar günstig, für 5 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer und Pool. In der Nähe gibt es zwei Läden in denen man alles bekommt und eine Tankstelle, eine Pizzeria und ein Café. Nachtleben würde ich das nicht nennen, aber in 30 min ist man in Porec und da kann man dann auch mal sehr gut weggehen, wenn man will. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan und sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sie besorgen einem auf Wunsch auch lokale Speisen (Schinken, Salami, Käse, Wein, Gemüse). Alles in allem ein wirklich runde Sache.”

    “Großes, sehr geräumiges, gut ausgestattetes Haus in Bestzustand. Schöner gemeinsame Wohnbereich und jedes Zimmer hat eine gute "Privatsphäre". Große Terrasse, die Schatten und Wetterschutz bietet. Pool ist nett und zum Erfrischen absolut ausreichend. Großer Garten. Sehr nette Vermieter (im Haus daneben) mit eher geringen Fremdsprachenkenntnissen (Engl./Deutsch).”

    “Mooie, grote omheinde woning. Ruime slaapkamers en een compleet ingerichte keuken. De fietsen zijn zeer degelijk. Voldoende ruimte in en rond de woning. Rustige ligging. De eigenaars zijn super vriendelijk en doen er alles aan om de vakantie zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken.”
