Holiday apartments by the beach with a sea view

The Sonja Summer Home enjoys a quiet location two kilometres outside of the typical Mediterranean village of Rogoznica, between Split and Sibenik, near the Krka and Kornati national parks.

The house offers two holiday apartments, which are just 50 metres from the beach. Both apartments are ideal for families with children. The house is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with figs, olive trees, wine grapes, pomegranates, rosemary, lavender, mandarins and lemon trees. The grill in the garden and the little slide for children are available for use. Parking spaces are available on site.

The nearest grocery shop is 300 metres away. In Rogoznica you can find restaurants, bars, a market, shops, a bank, a post office and a pharmacy. The nearest night club is the famous Aurora Club ten kilometres away. There are historical sights in Sibenik, Split or Trogir, the towns in the Dalmatia region that are UNESCO world cultural heritage sites. Rogoznica lies 25km to the north of Split.

Holiday apartment with a balcony

The Paolo holiday apartment is on the first floor and provides 50m² of living space for up to five people. The two bedrooms each have a double bed. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a hob, oven, big fridge, coffee machine and all the necessary kitchen utensils. There is a dining space with a beautiful dining table for six people. Satellite TV, air conditioning and free wireless Internet access are available.

A 15m² balcony facing south provides two parasols and two deckchairs.

    “Schöne, geräumige Wohnung in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr große Terrasse, schön angelegter, gepflegter Garten. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Aircondition vorhanden. Angenehmes Duschbad. Der Grill hinter dem Haus kann mitbenutzt werden.
    Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
    Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.”

    “Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit großzügigen Schlafzimmern und modernem Duschbad. Alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Großartige Terrasse und wunderschöner Garten. Grill hinter dem Haus kann mitbenutzt werden.
    Die Entfernung zum Strand ist gering, nur ein weiterer Garten muss durchquert werden. Ruhig gelegen. Perfekt zum Entspannen.
    Tolles Preis/Leistungsverhältnis!
    Wir haben den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen.”

    “Appartamento appena rinnovato, fornito di tutto il necessario. Massima disponibilità da parte dei proprietari a fronte di qualunque richiesta ulteriore. Pur essendo vicino alla spiaggia ed alla strada principale, è in una posizione silenziosa. Bella terrazza ombreggiata, con tavolo e sedie per mangiare all'aperto. Il giardino è piacevole, con molto verde.”
