Elegant apartment with a unique outdoor area with a fountain, benches and a panoramic view
The holiday apartment is in Capo Vaticano. It is on the ground floor of a house in an area of charming countryside. The surroundings are quiet and popular for walking.
The living room-kitchen has a fully-equipped kitchen unit with a gas stove and electric oven, a large fridge with a freezer, as well as a living area with a three-seater sofa and cable TV. There is also a dining table with chairs. The bedrooms are very spacious. One has a double bed with the possibility to add a supplementary bed, a dresser with a mirror, two bedside tables, a cupboard with six doors, a stereo system with CD player, and a ceiling fan. The other bedroom has a double bed, two bedside tables, a two-door wardrobe with drawers, and a standing fan. The bed can also be separated as two single beds. The bathroom has a bidet and a large shower.
The living space of around 90m² is all on one floor. It consists of a large living room-kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower.
The apartment also has a washing machine, double-glazed windows with cherrywood frames, and fly screens in all the windows. Just 150 metres from the house there is the panoramic walking path to the lighthouse. Within a radius of 400 to 600 metres, you can find an icecream counter, many shops with typical products, souvenir shops, grocery shops, a tourist information centre, pizzerias and bars, within easy walking distance along a wide, illuminated pavement, or else by car. The sea is a two-minute drive away and it is 6 minutes by car to Tropea. In the evenings, this stretch is also covered by the train “Trenino del Capo”.
Outside there is a large, fenced garden with trees and flower beds, and with a panoramic view of the sea. The garden is especially pretty and inviting owing to its lighting, benches, fountain, tables and chairs with a parasol and a barbecue. For cooling off after sun bathing there is even an outdoor shower. Plenty of free parking space is available.
