The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family home built in 1900, was renovated in 2008 and is furnished in a rustic and functional style. The property is located in a holiday home area. Also due to the view over the mountains from the property and its quiet and sunny hillside location at the edge of the forest the domicile is popular. For use, the following are available: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, climbing frame, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, campfire site and dog kennel. In summer, when the weather is nice and warm, there is a fully equipped tent for 4 people.

Location
Pec pod Snezkou, district Velká Úpa, 760 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 20000 sqm open forest plot with meadow, flowers and shrubs. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The property is on a sunny hillside in a quiet area on which your house stands, surrounded by meadows, streams and forests. Access is via a mountain road (asphalted, length 900 m). Snow chains are mandatory in winter. Parking (for 4 cars) is available on the property and in a parking lot in the village (distance 200 m). In summer access to the parking lot 10 m from the house, in winter this access is not possible, parking lots 200 m from the house on the main road. Luggage can be transported to the building by snowmobile over the slope. Access of people to the facility via the upper path, i.e. possibility of exit by snowmobile or on foot on your own.
