This beautiful triplex offers an amazing terrace perfectly furnished to spend unforgettable evenings. It features a large exterior table with chairs where you will be able to admire the sunrise and sunset while enjoying a delicious breakfast or a good dinner with the best company. And even better, you can sit on the couch or armchairs and relax while admiring the stunning beauty of the sea.The private entrance to the house is on the ground floor and it leads to the first floor with the common areas like the modern and surprising kitchen open to living and dining room. It has AC and a panoramic view to the sea as if you were sailing the quiet Mediterranean waters. Here you find a comfortable sofa where you can sit and watch TV, the dining area and the kitchen, which is equipped with a ceramic top, good appliances and a bar with stools. On the same level there is a bathroom with shower that serves the floor and two bedrooms with wardrobe and air conditioning, both with double bed. One of them also has an en-suite bathroom with shower. On the top floor you find the last bedroom that features a single bed and exit to a terrace with amazing views to the sea and to the island of Cabrera. At this terrace you will find the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board.Colonia de Sant Jordi is a wonderful coastal area, beautiful and lively, where you will enjoy good restaurants serving fresh fish. The village offers all kinds of services and entertainment. You are not allowed by the residents association to hang towels or other kind of clothes on the terrace railing. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.
