Choosing this property in an urbanisation on the outskirts of Palma guarantees you a great location to enjoy both relaxation on the beach and city life. In its beautifully landscaped garden with palm trees, fragrant flowering plants and green screening, you can enjoy the lush greenery, great playgrounds for your children and numerous attractive seating areas. Immerse yourself in a good book under the Balinese pavilion in a cosy corner of the garden or enjoy sunbathing on the comfortable pool loungers that await you around the organically shaped pool basin. Start daydreaming in the Hollywood swing, refresh yourself with a cool drink in the chill-out lounge made of trendy rattan or prepare tasty treats on the built-in barbecue and take a seat in one of the dining areas to savour them. If you want to stay fit and active, you can play table tennis outside or billiards on the snooker roof. Enjoy your holiday outside by the pool in the shade of the beautiful landscape of this architecturally sophisticated tower villa with an elegance reminiscent of a small castle, or go inside and discover over 360 m² of living space.

As you enter the villa, the bright living room opens up before you and invites you to take a seat on the large, bright sofas, cosy up on the sofa for a relaxing night in and enjoy the large flat-screen TV. Ceilings decorated with Tucco and indirect lighting create a very relaxed atmosphere throughout the living room, which is seamlessly connected to the dining room by a crescent-shaped wall opening. The white fitted kitchen is separated from the living and dining area by a circular passageway. It has everything you need: a hob, a large oven, a dishwasher, a coffee and espresso machine, a microwave and much more. On the ground floor there are two of the five bedrooms, which share one of the house's four comfort bathrooms. The ground floor also has a small guest WC. The spiral staircase in the entrance area leads to the upper floor of this sophisticated villa and to the three further bedrooms. All rooms have a double bed and are air-conditioned. The bedrooms on the upper floor are all equipped with en-suite bathrooms of a very high standard with modern tiles and elegant ceramic washbasins. Each bedroom on the upper floor has a private terrace or balcony. The generously proportioned family room offers plenty of space for all members to spend time together and leaves nothing to be desired. Parents have plenty of space with a large bathroom and a dressing room, while the two additional single beds, which can be used for children and are not included in the number of people in the description, can be added. There are also two cots available in this house so that everyone can get a good night's sleep.

The villa is located in an urbanisation just outside Palma de Mallorca. As the city is only a few kilometres away, it is a must-see during your stay here. Discover the beautiful cathedral or take a stroll along the harbour and enjoy a shopping spree. Due to its location within an urbanisation, there may be occasional traffic noise, but the villa itself is located in a cul-de-sac, with no through traffic. Despite the private location, there are neighbours in the immediate vicinity. We therefore ask you to be respectful so that everyone can enjoy a relaxing holiday. The location of this villa allows you to make great excursions in the surrounding area, to the beaches and the mountains of the Tramuntana, with visits to the charming villages of Valldemossa or Déià. Everyone here at Fincallorca wishes you, your family and your friends a wonderful and unforgettable holiday. The inviting Villa Es Castellet is located in an urbanisation called Son Ametller, right next to the capital Palma. Oasis-like garden with numerous relaxation and seating areas and an organically shaped chlorinated water pool for pure relaxation. Shopping can be done in the village of L'Hostalot or directly in Palma. Palma can be reached within a 15-minute drive. The sandy beaches of the south coast, such as Ciudad Jardin or El Arenal, are also within easy reach.
