The villa-style Es Velar exudes luxury from every corner, while the fresh, simple architecture of this home still maintains Mallorcan traditions. Newly planted cypress trees together with olive and pine trees and lush green lawns form the landscape of this fenced garden. This villa is highly recommended for families, not least because of the trampoline, football goal and other play equipment in the garden. Naturally, the south-facing villa plot has a correspondingly large pool with graduated depth, surrounded by a huge terrace that extends right up to the house. After a swim, you can use the walled outdoor shower and then relax on one of the eight sun loungers - four parasols provide plenty of shade if required. The house has a covered terrace with lighting and a dining area. This is the perfect place to enjoy a barbecue and indulge your taste buds with the delicious, intense flavours of home-made fresh Balearic produce. There is also another outdoor seating area on the villa's upper floor balcony, which offers spectacular views of the Tramuntana mountains and the surrounding vineyards. Sitting here at sunset or on a clear starry night, savouring a good glass of local red or white wine, your day can come to a harmonious end.

The well-tended outdoor area provides the perfect setting for the two-storey jewel of this villa. While the façade is made of traditional quarry stone, the architectural design stands out from the crowd with its rather cubist style and panoramic windows, creating a modern villa whose appearance nevertheless blends in well with the island. Upon entering the opulent building, we are greeted by large, light-flooded rooms. But don't worry, the large panoramic windows are fitted with blinds to keep out the heat and light, and all rooms have air conditioning. On the ground floor we find one of the two spacious living rooms. It is furnished with a light-coloured leather sofa, perfect for a cosy evening in front of the TV. From here you enter the dining room with its stylish solid wood plank table with a glass top, surrounded by chic high-backed dining chairs, ready for communal meals. The separate kitchen lives up to the high standard of this villa. Black furniture and granite worktops complement the natural material of the wooden kitchen fronts. Naturally, such a dream home also includes a high-quality kitchen including a wall-mounted TV, all the equipment for self-catering and even a fireplace. Most of the private rooms are also located on the ground floor: one of the master bedrooms with its own bathroom as well as a boys' and a girls' room, which are easily recognisable by their blue or pink and purple colour scheme. The pink and purple room has a convertible bunk bed, while the blue room has a single bed. Both children's rooms also have a pull-out trundle bed for another child. The children share one of the beautiful bathrooms. On the upper floor of the villa you will find another living room with a conservatory feel thanks to its glazed walls. A landscape of black leather sofas is complemented by a fireplace and a modern flat-screen TV, making it a lovely place to spend chilly evenings. If you need to check your emails, there is a separate study with desk, ideal for this purpose. The second master bedroom is located next to the living room and also has an en-suite bathroom. The bathrooms all have impeccable high-gloss fittings and are equipped with either a shower or a bathtub. One of the bathrooms is more of a wellness oasis, with a walk-in double shower and a marvellous whirlpool with enough space for two people to relax and enjoy the views of the Tramuntana mountains. All in all, this is an exceptional five-star luxury villa in every respect.

This elegant property is located in the centre of a wine-growing area near Binissalem, a small town with numerous wineries. The fertile region in the centre of the island, known as Plà de Mallorca, is covered with orange and almond trees and countless vineyards. Numerous bodegas and wine cellars offer wine tastings and wines for sale throughout the year, which you can enjoy at your leisure in the magnificent Villa Es Velar and make your own judgement of the wholesomeness of Mallorcan grapes. As the villa is located in the centre of a wine-growing area, you can reach one of the many wineries in no time at all. The villa is close to the road that leads from the north of the island past Binissalem and on to the island's capital, Palma (there may be some traffic noise). This makes it easy to reach any destination of your choice. If you like hiking, you will enjoy the breathtaking scenery in the Serra de Tramuntana mountains. You can discover the beauty of the island on well-signposted hiking trails. With such a variety on offer, you will quickly appreciate the attraction of both the island and your location for a relaxing villa holiday. Not least because you've spent your time in a villa as appealing as Es Velar. No wonder it gets our unqualified recommendation! The ultra-chic villa Es Velar, newly built in villa style with a gorgeous garden and views of the Tramuntana mountains, is located near Binissalem. The small town with all the daily necessities is only five minutes away by car. Thanks to its central location, the capital Palma and the beautiful beaches and promenades of towns such as Cuidad Jardin are just a short drive away.
