Villa Son Sureda welcomes new arrivals with lush green grounds, situated in an idyllic rural setting near Artà. The beautiful garden views are pleasing to the eye and a feeling of soothing relaxation spreads through you. In fact, this is simply a great place to unwind and leave everyday life behind in this truly inviting paradise. Very attractive are the beautifully renovated terrace areas on different sides of the house facade, which offer you the opportunity to spend your time in a variety of ways. The stylishly furnished covered veranda overlooking the pool has a pretty wooden table and chairs, ideal for cosy seating, a snack or a meal. Here you can simply relax in the morning, enjoy a refreshing breakfast, savour the blue sky and plan your day with joy. Another furnished terrace area is located near the barbecue hut. A particularly cosy place to enjoy grilled regional delicacies together in the evening. You can relax on the four comfortable sun loungers by the pool for sun worshippers. Depending on the time of day, there is some cool, breezy shade in the garden to escape the heat. The pool is accessible via a ladder and has a depth of between 1.20 and 2.50 metres. This is pleasantly refreshing on warm days. The outdoor pool is particularly luxurious.

The interior of the house welcomes you in a friendly and well-kept atmosphere. Impressive rooms with round arches, ornamental accessories and natural stone elements convey a feeling of cosiness and aesthetics. The ornamental wooden ceiling beams harmonise with the white walls and terracotta floor tiles and, together with the tasteful furniture, create a cosy ambience. A large open-plan living/dining room with adjoining kitchen offers various great options for your holiday leisure time. Relax in comfortable armchairs or on the sofa or dine together indoors at the wooden dining table. The large flat-screen TV with satellite connection provides media entertainment, while the fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere on chilly evenings. Conveniently, you have direct access to the terrace from here. The adjoining kitchen has everything you need for everyday use, including a kettle, a Nespresso and filter coffee machine and a Goteo machine. Nothing stands in the way of enjoying an aromatic hot drink in the morning while you prepare, perhaps with a cup of coffee on the private terrace. Cheerfully renovated bedrooms offer everything you need for a restful night's sleep. For your luxury, one of the bedrooms also has its own bathroom. Iron and hairdryer are available on site.

Artà is known for its picturesque little pedestrianised street where you can do your daily shopping. Every Tuesday there is a weekly market in the centre of Artà, which is well worth a visit. If you feel like it, you can even go on foot. Here you will find regional culinary specialities and Mallorcan handicrafts. A small quiet street leading to the villa is nearby. The nearest beaches are Cala Ratjada, Canyamel, Cala Bona, Costa de los Pinos and the bay of Cala Millor. The typical Mallorcan Villa Son Sureda is situated in a quiet, secluded location, just over 2 km northwest of the eastern centre of Artà, in the eastern part of the island. It is close to some beautiful beaches. Cala Ratjada with its beautiful beach promenade and harbour can be reached in less than 20 minutes by car.
