DELIZIOSA VILLETTA CAPOSCHIERA in una zona residenziale tranquilla e riservata con accesso consentito ai soli ospiti.

Esternamente si compone di ampio patio e terrazza coperta attrezzata con tavolo e sedie ideale per godere di piacevoli momenti conviviali all’aperto, grazie anche alla presenza del giardino, con area barbecue dedicata, da cui la proprietà gode di parziale vista sul mare e su La Maddalena.


La casa è interamente climatizzata e si compone da soggiorno-pranzo con angolo cottura, camera matrimoniale, seconda camera doppia con letti singoli e bagno con doccia.


Presenti: tv, lavatrice, aria condizionata in tutte le camere, forno, barbecue e posto auto.


La spiaggia più vicina è la spiaggia della Sciumara e dista circa 600 m, e si può raggiungere anche a piedi in poco più di 5 minuti tramite un sentiero immerso nella campagna, il percorso è tuttavia impegnativo e non adatto a bambini o persone anziane.
