La casa è un quadrilocale di generosa metratura, interamente climatizzata, si compone al pian terreno di soggiorno-pranzo con angolo cottura, due camere matrimoniali, seconda camera singola con letto da piazza e mezza e due bagni con doccia. Al piano superiore troviamo una splendida terrazza solarium con vista mare, arredata con sdraio prendisole per poter godere di una vacanza all’insegna del comfort e del completo relax con tutta la privacy desiderata.

Completa la proprietà l’ampia veranda, attrezzata con tavolo e sedie, con meravigliosa vista mare e sull’Isola della Maddalena.


Presenti: tv, aria condizionata in tutte le camere, forno, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, ferro da stiro, area barbecue e posto auto.


La spiaggia più vicina dista circa 600 m, e si può raggiungere anche a piedi in poco più di 5 minuti tramite un sentiero immerso nella campagna, il percorso è tuttavia impegnativo e non adatto a bambini o persone anziane.
