Luxury villa Medellin is located in the heart of Dalmatia, in the small town of Pridraga, only 30 km from the historical and touristic town of Zadar. With its beautifully decorated interior and enticing exterior, it will attract every guest looking for a peaceful holiday with family and friends. This beautiful villa is ready to open its doors to anyone who is a fan of the combination of modern and luxurious, and to anyone who wants to escape from the hectic lifestyle and fully indulge in enjoyment.

Built in 2023 in a contemporary construction style, Villa Medellin provides accommodation for a maximum of 4 people who will have 120 m2 of living space at their disposal. The total area of the property is 382 m2. Guests will be accommodated in 2 bedrooms with double beds (180x200), associated ensuite bathrooms with showers, and each room has a TV. It is only 50 metres from the nearest sea, which is an excellent opportunity for day or night swimming in the clean Adriatic Sea. Children will be able to explore the depths of the sea and enjoy playing on the pebble beach of Bukva.

A beautifully decorated living room will serve as an oasis of relaxation after a meal or for evening gatherings with loved ones with a good movie or series. You will rest on the couch, next to which there is a coffee table and a TV, and right next to the living room is the exit to the balcony. There you will be able to drink your morning coffee sitting on a set that includes a table and chairs, and one hammock, ideal for reading a book. The dining room with a table for 4 people adjoins the modern kitchen, which, among other things, has a wine fridge and a bar with two bar stools.

The outdoor terrace will delight you thanks to the heated pool of 15 m2 and 1.5 metres deep. Next to it, there are 4 deckchairs, so those who want to enjoy the sun will have the opportunity to enjoy peace and quiet on the sunbed. On the outdoor terrace there is also a charcoal or wood grill, where you can try your own culinary skills in preparing classic traditional Dalmatian dishes.

Villa Medellin is fully air-conditioned, and as an additional feature there is a washing machine and iron, as well as 1 separate toilet.

From Villa Medellin you will enjoy the sea view from one bedroom, kitchen and living room.

Guests who want to take their pets with them on holiday will be delighted by the fact that pets are allowed to stay in the villa, subject to prior agreement and surcharge.

Children will be delighted by entertainment content such as PlayStation and digital television.

The villa is completely fenced and offers 2 private parking spaces inside the yard, and 6 more spaces outside. There is also a charger for an electric car.
