This charming villa is located in the picturesque place called Vranići, only 15 km away from the tourist centre Poreč and just 5 km away from the stunning town of Motovun. Markets, restaurants, pharmacies and other facilities are located in these towns and are easily reachable.

Lovely Villa Vranići consists of 2 nicely decorated bedrooms equipped with double beds as well as two smaller bedrooms featuring separate single beds that can be brought together if necessary. It offers optimal sleeping space for 8 people, but it can also accommodate 2 additional guests on the comfortable fold-out sofa in one of the charming living rooms. There are altogether two well equipped kitchens, two bathrooms and two charming living rooms at the guests' disposal within the 150 m2 of living space at the fully air-conditioned Villa Vranići, alongside 25 m2 balcony and a 4000 m2 garden.

The lovely pool is heated and, for added relaxation, an outdoor jacuzzi is also available. Furthermore, the entertainment offer of Villa Vranići includes a children playground with sand, toboggan, swings as well as a trampoline and a tree house.

A badminton court with equipment and 6 bicycles are available for recreational purposes free of charge.

This property may allow pets at the owner's discretion, or for a fee.

Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 30 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
