Awesome villa in Pollensa

Olld Mallorcan house located in the Colonya valley, a beautiful enclave surrounded by mountains and overlooking fields of ancient olive trees and other native trees of the island of Mallorca. Access to the house, from the town of Pollensa, runs along a narrow road that borders different estates, among which several historical possessions (old Mallorcan haciendas) stand out.

The house has been carefully renovated during the winter of 2019-2020, with special emphasis on the conservation of old traditional elements such as exposed stone walls and wooden beams on the ceilings, while giving the interiors a more current and modern character.Among the most important improvements to the house we must mention that all the interior floors have been completely renovated, as well as the kitchen and bathrooms. New and modern lighting has also given more luminosity to all spaces.

The main entrance of the house gives access to a large hall, equipped with a table and chairs for its indoor dining function. Through it you can access a large, fully equipped kitchen that still preserves the old fireplace (currently disabled) typical of old Mallorcan houses.

On the ground floor we also have a large leisure room where you can play some games of table football, as well as sit on the comfortable sofas to enjoy movies on the impressive 65-inch screen. The smart TV is prepared with a wireless internet connection so that customers can enjoy their Amazon, Netflix and other platforms accounts.

Also from the distributor and through an interior stone arch we can access a room with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower.

From the hall a staircase takes us to the upper floor where the other rooms are located: two double rooms with two beds that share a full bathroom, another double with two beds with an en-suite bathroom and two more double rooms with two beds, which share another bathroom with a shower.

It should be noted that the house has various configurations for the beds and it is possible to convert some of them to double beds, (always upon request) allowing the distribution of the house to remain with 3 double beds and 3 double beds.

Outside we find large terraces with various environments where we can enjoy an outdoor dinner during the hot summer months or where we can also enjoy an aperitif or a few drinks while contemplating the beautiful views of the valley and the mountains. surrounding mountains. On one side of the terrace we will also find a practical built-in barbecue, ideal for those who love grills.

The terrace has also been expanded in the pool area to have more space and comfort in the hammock area and to be able to enjoy a good rest in the Balinese bed. Likewise, the swimming pool has also been completely renovated, which has a Roman staircase.

The exterior also has a completely renovated toilet so that clients can use it without having to access the interior of the house. In the room attached to said toilet is the laundry room.

Finally, it should be noted that the home has free Internet connection via Wi-Fi (with several repeaters to have internet in all rooms) and pool towels.
