On the first floor there are: the living room, the fully-equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, one of which with a private bathroom with shower, one bedroom with a French bed (1.20m) and an additional single bed and a bathroom with jacuzzi.
In the basement, you will then find a living room-kitchen with a sofa, a laundry area, a third double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Outside, the beautiful pool equipped with sunbeds and the porch, where you can spend relaxing moments with your family.
Villa Colle is just 5 km away from the center of Acqualagna, famous as the truffle capital, where you will find restaurants to taste this amazing local delicacy all year round! Urbania, the ancient Casteldurante and home of the ceramic tradition, is just 13km away, while in 30 minutes it is possible to reach Urbino, capital of the Renaissance and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The city of Fano and the Adriatic coast are about 40 minutes by car: here you can find both free and equipped beaches, numerous cafés and bars as well as amazing fish restaurants!
