Freistehende Ferienvilla mit Jacuzzi

Villa Piedras Blancas ist eine luxuriöse und sehr komplette Villa mit Jacuzzi und Infinity-Pool. Das Haus hat einen schönen privaten Garten von fast 2500 m2 mit mehreren Terrassen und einen schönen Blick auf die Caldera de Taburiente. Alle Freiheit, aber auf kurze Entfernung von einem Supermarkt und mehrere Restaurants. Die Stadt El Paso mit allen notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten des täglichen Lebens liegt zentral auf der Insel. Von hier aus sind alle interessanten Orte leicht zu erreichen. Verschiedene Wanderrouten beginnen praktisch um die Ecke. Und wenn Sie eine Tour machen wollen, können Sie den Bus nehmen, der vom Haus aus zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Das lebhafte Los Llanos ist eine fünfzehnminütige Autofahrt entfernt und der Strand des malerischen Puerto de Tazacorte ist zwanzig Minuten entfernt. Die Hauptstadt Santa Cruz und der Flughafen sind in 25 Minuten zu erreichen.




Wir haben das Haus so eingerichtet, dass wir selbst für längere Zeit dort wohnen können. Es ist also voll ausgestattet! So gibt es eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein schönes, geräumiges Sofa, Sonnenliegen und ein Lounge-Set im Garten, und auch der Grill fehlt nicht. Die Villa verfügt über Kabel-TV, Wifi, Stereoanlage und einen Holzofen.


Die Villa verfügt über ein geräumiges, gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, ein Esszimmer mit Esstisch, eine komplette Küche mit Kühl-/Gefrierschrank und Kombi-Mikrowelle, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (160x200 cm). 


Für größere Gruppen/Familien (3 bis 6 Personen) haben Sie auch Zugang zum Erdgeschoss im Souterrain mit einem Wohn-/Schlafraum mit Schlafsofa und Kochnische, einem zweiten Badezimmer mit Dusche, Waschbecken und Waschmaschine, einer separaten Toilette und einem geräumigen

Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten (90x190cm) und einem Schlafsofa. Das Erdgeschoss wird nicht separat vermietet, so dass Sie nie mit Fremden in der Villa wohnen werden.



Hinter der Villa befindet sich die überdachte Terrasse mit Jacuzzi, Esstisch, Lounge-Set und der schöne Garten mit Kunstrasen für den Swimmingpool und die Sonnenliegen.

    “Wir waren als Familie (ich mit meinen beiden erwachsenen Kindern) dort. Es war wunderbar! Der Garten ist der Hammer! Eher ein kleiner Park, top gepflegt, wie auch der Rest des Hauses. Das ist sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Besitzer nutzen das Haus auch selber für ihren Urlaub. Und das merkt man. Die Küchenausstattung ist perfekt. Viel Platz für uns drei. Da war wir im Januar da waren, wird es abends recht frisch. Wir haben dann den schönen Kamin genutzt. Tolle Aussicht von der vorderen Terrasse! Mein Sohn musste im Homeoffice arbeiten, die Internetverbindung ist sehr gut, hat alles gut geklappt. Man ist sehr schnell beim nächsten Supermarkt und in El Paso, also sehr gut angebunden.Mit dem Auto ist man sehr schnell dort. Es gibt aber auch eine Busstation an der Hauptstraße, ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.Falls wir wieder mal auf La Palma sind, würden wir gerne wiederkommen. Die Kommunikation mit Paulien war auch vorbildlich. Also diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen! Vielen Dank für alles, liebe Grüße, Elisabeth, Janina und Janik”
