Die gemütlich und modern eingerichtete, helle Ferienwohnung Pier 2 für Nichtraucher befindet sich im Obergeschoss des Hauses, Aufgeteilt ist die Wohnung in ein kombiniertes Wohn- Esszimmer mit Flachbild-Fernseher (HD), (Bücher und Spiele vorhanden). Ein 2-Bettschlafzimmer sowie l Einbettschlafzimmer, Badezimmer (mit Föhn) , Dusche und WC. Eine funktionell und modern eingerichtete Küche mit Kühlschrank, 2 Platten Induktionsherd, Mikrowelle, Wasser- Eierkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine. Pad-Maschine,Internet vorhanden.
Kein Kinderbett und kein Kinderhochstuhl vorhanden, daher für Kleinstkinder ungeeignet.
Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Herzen von Dahme.....egal ob Lebensmittel, frischer Fisch, Bäckerei, Metzgerei, Bushaltestelle........alles ist mit wenigen Schritten zu erreichen.
Auch der lange feinsandige Strand (ca. 300m entfernt) sowie die Promenade mit den vielen Restaurants ,Eisdielen und Geschäften, das Kur- und Sportzentrum befindet sich ebenfalls im fußläufigen Bereich.
Buchungen während der Sommerhauptsaison sind nur wochenweise von Sa/So auf Sa/So möglich (anderweitig nach vorheriger Absprache).

Für Hunde ist die Wohnung leider nicht geeignet.
Handtücher und Bettwäsche gegen Gebühr.

Für irgendwelche in der Wohnung erlittenen Unfälle, Diebstähle oder sonstige Beeinträchtigungen schliesst der Eigentümer sämtliche Haftung aus.
Für haftungsrechtliche Sachen gemäß BGB im Zusammenhang mit dem Grundstück bzw. Wohnung/Haus schließt auch hier der Eigentümer die Haftung aus. Vermietung auch für Tage möglich.
