• Three cozy bedrooms: One master bedroom with a large double bed and en-suite bathroom, and two additional bedrooms with two single beds each sharing a second bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating and offer terrace access.
• Two modern bathrooms: One en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and another shared bathroom with a shower.
• Spacious living areas: An open-plan dining room with a tasteful wood panel, a cozy fireplace, and an antique desk. A separate living room upstairs offers beautiful views of the surrounding countryside.
• Fully equipped kitchen: Prepare delicious meals in the rustic country-style kitchen, complete with a pantry for additional storage.
• Private outdoor oasis: Unwind in the fenced garden, complete with a football field and play area for children. Enjoy the spacious pool (7.4m x 4m, 1.8m depth) with a convenient stepped entrance, new sun loungers, and pool towels. The covered barbecue area with an outdoor kitchen is perfect for entertaining.
• Parking: Two covered parking spaces are available behind the house.
