L’azienda agrituristica “I sassi di San Giuseppe” presta particolare attenzione ad un’agricoltura sostenibile, attenta al rispetto dell’ambiente e della natura, cercando di accostare all’offerta di prodotti tipici locali una ospitalità di alto livello qualitativo. La struttura ricettiva, costituita da un complesso di edifici di pregio architettonico e storico-testimoniale, offre miniappartamenti indipendenti finemente restaurati, dotati di tutti i comfort, cucina attrezzata e aria condizionata.
Il tutto circondato da circa 7000 mq di giardino protetto da recinzione, con giochi per bambini, barbecue, piscina riscaldata e solarium.
La piccola ed antica cantina è posta completamente sotto terra e permette l\'nvecchiamento del vino ad una temperatura fresca e costante per tutto l\'anno in barrique di rovere. Si possono acquistare prodotti biologici come vini rossi, vino cotto (un vino dolce dalle origini risalenti agli antichi romani) ed olio extravergine di oliva.
L’azienda strizza l’occhio anche all’ecologia sopperendo al consumo energetico con produzione attraverso fonti rinnovabili e pulite, quali energia solare, fotovoltaica e combustibili solidi naturali autoprodotti.
Il parco naturale dei Monti Sibillini fa da sfondo all\'orizzonte, a soli 40 chilometri di distanza, mentre il mare di Porto San Giorgio (bandiera Blu per pulizia e bellezza) è ad appena 25 chilometri.

The first floor is the biggest apartment, it has 2 bedrooms:
One with king size bed and the second room has 2 twin beds, they are original from 18th century, fully restored.
Other 2 people can sleep in the sofa-bed in the living room.
There is a complete, well equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, all the gear and the coffee espresso machine, provide of all the necessary amenities for make coffee, tea and wild chamomile. In the living room there is also a Satellite television.
I sassi di San Giuseppe, a beautifully restored 18th farmhouse, set in an area of extraordinary natural beauty with views over the rolling country, distant hilltop villages and the Monti Sibillini. The perfect place to relax and enjoy rural life, overlooking unspoilt scenery and countryside, whilst benefiting from all the comforts of a modern villa.
The apartments are finished to restore and respect the ancient style. They are comfortable and the rooms have the independent heating.
The garden is beautiful and have trees that are centuries old, with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, a large umbrella, tables and seats, and a barbecue. The courtyard in front of the house has a typical stone floor. There is also a large area where the farmer keeps the farmyard animals.
We can suggest you any information about the area, from the shopping for the food, restaurants, city of art, mountain hiking, shopping at the outlet of the major and famous shoes' factories, typical of the district, like Tod's, Prada, Hugo Boss and many others.

    “Sehr idyllisch gelegene Ferienwohnung, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wunderbare Poolanlage. Sehr sauber, nach einer Woche Wechsel der Handtücher und Bettwäsche, Reinigung der Wohnung. Toller Blick auf die Sibillinischen Berge. Der Vermieter ist sehr gastfreundlich, gibt wertvolle Ausflugs- und Restauranttipps. Organisiert z.B. einen Bergführer für Touren in die Sibillinischen Berge.”

    “Le lieu a la cachet de l'ancien, mais est très bien amenagé avec goût et de bonne qualité. Les lits sont confortables, la cuisine bien equipée... Nous étions quatre, ce qui correspond bien a la dimension de l'appartement.
    La piscine est superbe, avec une vue grandiose...
    Le cadre est magnifique.
