Villa suitable for people exhausted from the dizzying urban life, from the mundane marathon; from hunting an elusive success. The apartment is one of two apartments to let at the villa. At your disposal is entire first floor of the villa: a separate entrance, living room and dining room with sea view; here you could enjoy a french window opening onto a large covered terrace furnished with benchs, tables, chairs. Then first bedroom with lateral sea view, double bed (bed linen provided), night tables, dressing table and wardrobe; second bedroom with a garden view, double bed and a single bed (sheets provided), night tables and wardrobe; the third bedroom is a suit with king size bed, night tables, dressing table, wardrobe, shower and a toilet; this bedroom harbors an exit to a second covered terrace overlooking the sea, also with a bench, table, chairs to take an aftenoon tea. Then fully equipped American style kitchen (fridge, minibar, stove, oven, microwave, utensils) with a breakfast area; a bathroom (shampooing, shower gel, soap, towels and hair dryer provided) with bath, toilet and bidet.

The house is air conditioned, has central heating for cold times, unlimited Internet access with WiFi, flat screen TV with satellite channels (Astra, Hotbird, Nilesat), library with books in 4 languages, washing machine, iron.

Outdoor there is a garden, an open terrace with barbecue and eating area to enjoy your meal outdoors; a summer shower room with shower and toilet to clean yourself after the beach, also a secure indoor parking for up to 3 vehicules. At 400 metres, near Al Bochra mosque there is a bus stop to Medina of Sousse via Kantaoui and to Hergla at the opposite side of the street; 1,5td.
