Private: property 95 m2 with lawn. 150 m long steep, narrow motor access. 30 m footpath to the house. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars). Shop 1 km, supermarket 2 km, sandy beach "di Nelson" 500 m. Golf course (18 hole) 35 km. Please note: car recommended.
