This old stone house is renovated into a holiday home with unique views over the bay, cliffs of Lovcen and Orjen mountains so as the old town of Kotor. Across the street, which is more busy during the summer, lies the sea. Bedrooms with bathrooms are situated in the ground floor, kitchen and living room with the exit to the terrace in the first floor. Third floor is open gallery with exit to a small terrace. All three floor are connected with indoor stairs. There is a main Kotor harbour nearby which connects Kotor with neighbour countries. Old town of Kotor protected by UNESCO as world cultural heritage is only 4 km far.

    “Reisezeit Sommer 2019. Großes Haus in ziemlich guter Lage, das charmant sein könnte, hätte es nicht seine beste Zeit längst hinter sich! 2006 renoviert und seit dem nur überpinselt. Hornaltes Inventar, Feuchtigkeit im unteren Geschoss, offenbar nicht vorhandene Geruchsverschlüsse in einem der Bäder (erträglich nur, wenn man die Abflüsse abklebt). Schiefe Schränke, die wie Komposthaufen riechen, Fenster und Türen gehen mit Kraft und kaum leise - so manche rumänische Jugendherberger dürfte fitter daher kommen... Sauber war's auf den ersten Blick, tief in die Ecken sollte man aber nicht abtauchen. Parkplatz direkt am Haus außen, der ist sehr wichtig und man muss ihn sich mittels Gegenstand blockieren. Die Vor-Ort-Betreuerin war 2 X da, hat sich bemüht und war von Fremdsprachenkenntnissen nicht belastet. Ihre Chefin war eine Meisterin windiger SMSse.
