Beautiful Villa apartments close to town of Rogoznica is surrounded by family vineyard that offers a unique feeling, pleasant stay and an atmosphere that can not be forgotten.

The private balcony is furnished with a table and chairs. From here you can enjoy the sea views.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the three-storey building. It offers three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom. The three bedrooms are furnished with a 180 x 200 cm double bed each. Two extra beds for two children can be provided.

Free Wifi and Sat TV are included in the rental charge.

Away from the town center 2.5 km, 9 km from Primosten, Trogir and from the airport Resnik 25 km, 35 km from Split and 30 km from town of Sibenik.

Small market shop is close to accommodation and local shopping center is 2,5 km away. Fish market is 3 km away. Close to us (500 m) there is public beach with children attractions, drinks, ice cream and food offer.

Hospitality of the owners, homemade wine, olive oil and Dalmatian delicacies is something that will remain permanently in the memory of our guests.

Owner can get and grill for you fresh fish and other local food.

    “Bardzo miła obsługa. Domek wygodny, czysty i blisko małej plaży. Bardzo wygodny zadaszony taras, na którym toczyło się życie towarzyskie. Dobre miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania Dalmacji.”

    Vom Garten mit Grillplatz war eigentlich wenig zu sehen, Wein, Olivenöl aus eigenem Anbau, leider auch von da her war nichts zu sehen, die Vermieterin spricht nicht wirklich Deutsch oder Englisch. In der Nachbarschaft waren 10 junge Leute bis meistens 2Uhr Morgens jeden Tag mit saufen und schreien beschäftigt, was uns den Schlaf raubte.”
