This spacious, white holiday villa is embedded in a hilly landscape above Vilamoura on Portugal's sunny southern coast. The fully fenced in, two storey holiday villa built in 2000 was renovated in 2014 and offers many amenities, including air conditioning. There is a bright living/dining room, a fully loaded kitchen, two bathrooms and a separate laundry room. The ground floor houses the living room, furnished with two cosy, cream coloured sofas and a matching armchair, a flat screen satellite television and a dining table and six chairs. There is also a safe, where you can keep your valuables. There is also a fireplace, offering a cosy atmosphere on cooler days. The adjacent kitchen offers a four burner gas stove with an exhaust hood, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee maker. Two of the bedrooms and one bathroom (shower, sink, mirror and a toilet) are also located on the ground floor. All four bedrooms are furnished with two 90 x 200 cm single beds, which can be combined to make a double. A wide exterior staircase leads to the top floor with the other two bedrooms and second bathroom. This bathroom also boasts a shower, a sink, a mirror and a toilet, but also has a bidet. Towels, bedding and Wi-Fi are included in the rental price; a child's cot can be supplied upon request.
The two upstairs bedrooms have access to the large roof terrace, offering views of the hilly landscape, all the way to the ocean. Outside, you will find the 4 x 8 m heated pool, surrounded by sun loungers. Upon request and at a fee, the pool can be heated prior to your arrival. The kids will enjoy the ping pong table. The covered patio houses an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and a pizza oven. Additionally, there are an outdoor shower, a separate laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. A car is recommended; the property offers plenty of secure parking spaces (access to the property via an electric gate).
