    “Wohnung in mehrstöckigem Haus, Tiefgarage, Aufzug. Dachschrägen in Wohn- und im Schlafraum tw. sehr niedrig. Sauberkeit in Ordnung. Verwalter sehr freundlich, Küchenausstattung in Ordnung. Angenehm ist der in der Nähe befindliche DB-Haltepunkt, der Fahrten nach Traunstein oder auch nach Salzburg ermöglicht. Im näheren Umfeld des Hauses ist eine geschotterte Fläche vorhanden. Vermutlich ist eine Baustelle in Vorbereitung.”
