Brick House is located in the Park of Sile, a few steps from the river and itinerary for hike and strolls by foot, bike, kayak (green ways).

With just 15 minutes by bike run along the river Sile you can reach the historic center of Treviso.

At the same time, the guests have a base from which to reach points of touristic or business interest like magical Venice, the beaches of Jesolo, the pearl of the Dolomites Cortina, the prosecco hills of Valdobbiadene and Conegliano, the medieval towns of Castelfranco Veneto, Asolo, Cittadella, Padua and romantic Verona.

Outside there is an ample garden bordered by rows of vineyards, yielding quality wine savored all round the world (sparkling wine, cabernet, merlot and raboso) that you can taste on the spot.

With a few steps you reach the river Sile and the nature trails attached to it for relaxing walks and excursions in contact with nature in the Natural Park.

At guests' disposal a large and free private parking area.

Brick House has been developed on two levels:

- Ground floor with the living area composed of: entrance hall, living room with sofa and two armchairs, flat-screen 4K TV, dining area, and spacious kitchenette. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, dishwasher fridge with freezer compartment, tea / coffee machine in pods. Completes the ground floor a spacious and comfortable bathroom with shower bidet and washing machine.

- Climbing the important wrought-iron staircase you reach the sleeping area located on the first floor where you can find three bedrooms: the first with double bed, built-in views, bedside tables and desks in handmade wood and iron, as well to a spacious bathroom with shower and bidet. The second bedroom with double bed too, with the same characteristics of the first and characterized by an artistic-through bathroom in loft and pleasant garden view. Finally, the third bedroom has a double bed, wooden and iron furniture (handmade), garden view and bathroom in the loft.

Despite the naturalistic context where Brick House is located, the nearest city center (Silea) and all the related services (supermarkets, ATMs, cinemas, bars, restaurants) are just 1 km away.

The historic center of Treviso is a 15-minute walk through a pedestrian / cycle path, or in 5 minutes if you use your car to go around.

The nearest airport is Treviso (Canova airport), 6 km from the property.

The nearest bus stop is 500 meters from Brick House.

Guests have access to bicycles for hiking and cycling along the nature trails of Sile River Park (green ways), following which you can reach the sea and the beaches of Jesolo.

The house is surrounded by the nature of the Sile Park, and is equipped with the best technology in terms of renewable energy and energy saving, in keeping with its natural surroundings.

All details have been carefully considered to keep the original rustic structure and to enhance the principle materials: brick as the main element found not only at the front but also in various nooks and crannies; the wrought iron of the stairs; the wood of the interiors and bathrooms and especially of the beams. The ensemble harmonizes with elements made of glass, which add a touch of modernity and pay homage to nearby Venice.

    “Eine wirklich bezaubernde Unterkunft. Sehr gepflegt und mit sehr ansprechenden Feinheiten verschönert. Wir wurden durch die Vermieter sehr nett eingewiesen, haben tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants bekommen.     “Es ist super eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Das Haus liegt etwas ausserhalb, aber alles Wichtige ist sehr nahe und schnell erreichbar. Das Haus und das Gebiet sind absolut empfehlenswert. Positiv: Das Brick House und die Umgebung sind äusserst gepflegt und sehr sauber. Das Haus und die Zimmer sehen genau so aus, wie auf den Fotos. Der Vermieter Alberto ist sehr freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und gibt sehr viele gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Der feine Prosecco im Kühlschrank und die gefüllte Früchteschale waren eine tolle Überraschung bei unserer Ankunft.”
