The house was renovated, but the typical Andalusian, rustic style was retained. Upon entering the 90m² house, you will find yourself in the living/dining area with an open plan American kitchen. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed for two (150 x 200 cm). The bar is ideal for enjoying your breakfast while overlooking the courtyard. The kitchen is well equipped with a ceran stove, an oven, a refrigerator and a toaster. Then there is a beautiful bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a sink on the ground floor. The two bedrooms are located on the top floor. The larger room has a private toilet and a French double bed (140 x 200 cm). The other room boasts a built in closet, an extendable bed with two mattresses (80 x 200 cm each) and views of the Alhambra.
The houses location makes it very popular. The quiet side road in Albazyin has many advantages. It is just a few minutes from many sights, good restaurants, supermarkets, the weekly market and only ten minutes from the centre of Granada with the Calle Elvire with its bars, shops and the famous cathedral. It is about 20 minutes on foot to the Alhambra.
The washing machine and dryer are located in the inner courtyard with beautiful stone walls and a lemon tree.
