The property boasts two bedrooms: one with a double bed (1.50 x 2.00 m) and the other one with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub one with a shower, a hairdryer, a sink and a toilet. The spacious living room is furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, a fireplace, satellite television and a radio. The kitchen, integrated into the living room is furnished with a dining table, a gas stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave and a coffee maker. A washing machine and an iron are also available.
The house has a large, covered patio furnished with outdoor furniture and a fixed barbecue. There is a table tennis, too. The highlight of the garden is the pool with a diving board and outdoor shower. Two car parking spaces are available at the house.
It is about 1 km into town, where you can find bars, shops, restaurants, supermarkets, public transport, a public pool and a tennis court. It is only 3 km to the nearest beach and horseback riding facilities. It is 5 km to a fishing spot, aquatic sports facilities and the nearest ferry harbour.
