The lovely, comfortable and light three-star apartment (44m²) is on the first floor. The entrance area is tiled and has a large built-in cupboard and wardrobe. New, modern laminate flooring leads to the bedroom with a double bed, as well as big desk and satellite TV facing it. Next to it there is a dining table with two chairs. The separate kitchen is fully-equipped with a two-ring hob, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and many kitchen utensils. The living room to the rear awaits you with a modern pull-out sofa with a side table and table lamp. Telephone use is free of charge. The daylight bathroom has a shower and WC.
