The Son Falcó holiday apartment is one of 10 well-kept holiday accommodations in the idyllic and quietly situated agrotourism hotel SArboçar. The tastefully furnished apartment has two cosy double rooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. There is also a small kitchen with a dining area for four people and a bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms has access to a private terrace with a marvellous view of the idyllic surroundings.
The communal areas include a large outdoor pool with a spacious wooden terrace. Both the sun terrace and the pool itself are accessible via a ramp; the pool is also designed to be safe for children. In addition, the pool area is slightly elevated so that parents can keep an eye on their children while they play in the surrounding garden. For the little ones, chickens, ducks, sheep and a pony offer the opportunity to cultivate loving friendships with the animal inhabitants. There is also an eco-garden, a barbecue area and the opportunity to take part in organised excursions. Inside the carefully renovated country house there is a spacious dining room and a cosy TV room for communal use. Incidentally, the agritourism emphasises sustainability. It has its own well and electricity is generated by solar panels. The holiday apartment is located on the upper floor of the S'Arbocar agritourism in the north-east of Mallorca. Sant Llorenç and the medieval village of Artá are around 10 minutes away by car. The east coast with several beautiful beaches and bays can be reached in 20-30 minutes by car.
