In the quiet village of Marići, not far from Rabac, there is a beautiful villa with a swimming pool - Villa Milka.
Marići is a small village that offers intimacy and a wonderful refuge from the hustle and bustle of the big city. However, it is located near famous Istrian tourist centers on the coast, such as the beautiful Rabac, only 12 km away, known as the "Pearl of the Adriatic" with its beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea, as well as attractive summer parties and tourist events. The town of Labin, as the historical and administrative center of Eastern Istria, is a paradise for history and art lovers and offers a rich cultural and architectural heritage. The steep streets of the old town are adorned with well-preserved historic palaces, numerous art galleries and studios, and host various jazz and classical music festivals during the summer months. The town offers several excellent fish restaurants with many local products on offer, as well as many cozy cafes ideal for enjoying a relaxed atmosphere.

This restored century-old stone house, located next to a small olive grove in the eastern part of central Istria above the Raša river valley, will delight you with its traditional Istrian charm.
With its faithful reconstruction of the original roof and thick stone walls built at the beginning of the 19th century, Villa Milka revives the past and brings back the spirit of the times. Here you will experience an aesthetic harmony created thanks to numerous original and traditional details. This preserved historic house provides the perfect environment for creating wonderful family moments and feeling the true charm of Istria's past.
Villa Milka offers 134 square meters of space spread over two floors, which is ideal for accommodating 4 + 2 guests. The house has two comfortable double bedrooms, while a large sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space. The ground floor of this villa consists of a traditional and fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room, as well as a bathroom, while two bedrooms and a balcony are located on the first floor. In the villa, you will find a selection of autochthonous domestic varieties of wine that you can enjoy with beautiful sunsets. Outside the villa there is a covered terrace with a dining space and barbecue, perfect for preparing and enjoying traditional dishes with a glass of chilled Istrian Malvazija.
Villa Milka is the right choice for a relaxing vacation. It is surrounded by beautiful nature that offers opportunities for long walks in the vineyards and nearby forest, cycling or simply enjoying the view from the balcony, terrace or pool with a refreshing glass of sparkling wine.
