The ground floor of the fully air-conditioned villa Style and Sea features 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry room. The second and third floor of the villa, alongside remaining bedrooms and bathrooms, each feature a kitchen with dining area and living room. Elegant and minimalist kitchens come with state-of-the-art integrated appliances so guests can enjoy preparing delicious meals whilst enjoying the unforgettable view. In the main living room, you can relax on the designer leather sofa with a TV or put some music on the DENON wireless speaker system and dance the night away, there is plenty of room! If you have trouble deciding what to watch on the TV in the main living room, there is no need to worry! You can watch TV on the rooftop floor or stretch out in bed in your room and enjoy the program of your choice. The open terrace of the villa features a heated overflow pool (14 x 3.5 x 1.6m) covered with mosaic tiles, a waterfall and underwater benches. The pool is surrounded by 10 comfortable loungers so you can relax soaking up the sun. You can prepare your food on the outdoor gas grill in the completely fenced, 1200 m2 large estate. Leading from the courtyard, there is a lovely staircase which enables you to reach the sea in front of the villa barefoot so you can take a refreshing swim right in front of the luxurious accommodation.
