The entrance of the accommodation distributes the entire accommodation. A staircase leads to the upper floor where we will find a bedroom with a private terrace, you will rest in a double bed and enjoy sunbathing with privacy in the outdoor space that this room has.
Going down from this floor we will have a large room with a double bed, with furniture to rest on, closets to store your luggage and an en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has large windows to enjoy beautiful natural light.
At ground level, at street level, we will have the common areas of the accommodation, highlighting its elegant furniture and quality of the elements that make up the elegant kitchen with island. A separate kitchen, with all the appliances you need to make your daily life easier. A pleasant patio and a second gas burner will serve as a relief. Both to hang clothes and to cook a larger lunch.
The spacious and comfortable dining room will allow you to hold family gatherings. Chats, laughter and good company will make your vacation memories unique. This living room has access to a beautiful, pleasant terrace with views of the city. The sea views are partial from this terrace.
The lower floor of the accommodation has a mezzanine that houses two single beds and after this mezzanine we will reach a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
