Villa Namika is located on a large corner lot in the southwest of Cape Coral. Situated on a canal, it is the ideal starting point for adventurous boat tours. Take off in the early morning with your rental boat directly from the dock and accompany playing dolphins or stop for a snack at one of the numerous waterfront restaurants.
On the west-facing terrace there are sun loungers for the sun lovers. But be careful: don't forget to put on sunscreen. The crystal clear pool invites you to swim and in the evening you can relax in the whirlpool after an eventful day. The whole terrace area is surrounded by a screen.
On the covered shady terrace there is a table and 6 chairs ready for you. Here you can have your breakfast overlooking the canal, have a snack or a barbecue. (Photo of the grill unfortunately not available) With a cool glass of beer or wine it will taste especially good.
Villa Namika is furnished classy and timeless and with great attention to details. The approximately 258 sq ft. of living space are generously split into 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living and dining area as well as an open kitchen. This roominess you will notice already when entering the house
The large open kitchen with kitchen bar and cooking island has oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer with icemaker and water dispenser. As well as all necessary kitchen utensils such as coffee maker, blender, toaster....
In the living area, the sliding doors open to the terrace, and you can watch the American TV program in the evening on the comfortable seating.
On the left side of the house is the oversized master area (with large screen TV) - where the sleeping area with king size bed is separated from the master bath by a hallway. In front of the master area is an exquisitely furnished relaxing area, from which you can access the terrace through large sliding doors.
The black and white bathroom is equipped with a shower that can be walked in from both sides, two separate vanities, a bathtub located in the middle of the room, a make-up area and separate WC.
On the right side of the house are the other two bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: king-size bed and TV and exit to the terraces
Bedroom 2: queen-size bed and view of the garden.
The in-between bathroom has a glazed walk-in shower, vanity and toilet.
All bathrooms are equipped with towels, bath towels and hairdryer.
Utility room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.
Garage with plenty of space for your car as well as bicycles (the jeep is not included).
Cape Harbour in Cape Coral, Florida. Stroll through the marina alongside the expensive yachts, browse the small souvenir stores and boutiques, or stop off at one of the waterfront restaurants.
