Holiday Apartment in Tar with Common Pool and Beautiful View

Newly built, modern, beautifully furnished flat NOEMI 2, suitable for families with children, is located in Tar, a small town 10 km from the well-known tourist resort of Poreč and 5 km from Novigrad.
The flat is part of a residence with 9 flats located in three adjacent buildings that together form a residence.
The air-conditioned flat is located on the first floor of the third building.
The third building in front of the pool consists of three flats on the first floor named Noemi (1st object number 10472997, 2nd and 3rd object number 10248409).
The air-conditioned accommodation is composed of; a comfortable bedroom with double bed (160x200), linen provided (changed weekly), bathroom with shower cabin, bidet, hairdryer, toilet, sink with mirror and cabinet, two bath towels per person provided (changed weekly), the living area has a sofa bed for two people, flat-screen satellite TV, dining table with 4 seats, equipped kitchenette; with 4 electric ceramic hobs, cooker hood, refrigerator with freezer area (3 l), toaster, microwave oven, coffee machine, Mocca, kettle, pots, plates and cutlery, from the living area the exit to the balcony equipped with garden table and four chairs overlooks the pool area and has a beautiful view of the bell tower of the nearby church.
Guests have shared use of the swimming pool, deck chairs, parasols, outdoor shower, barbecue and garden table with Istrian stone benches. To the delight of children and adults, there is an excellent offer of the games room with pool table, table tennis, flat-screen TV, refrigerator, sofas and armchairs, air conditioning ..
The property is fenced, free public parking is available. located near the residence (50m). In the structure, on request, a shared space with a washing machine, iron and ironing board is available.

The grocery store, church, restaurant, bar, park, parking, pharmacy within a radius of 100-250 m. The station of the tourist train that leads to the beaches (sand, gravel and rocks) of the Lanterna tourist village (3 km from the house) is located 50 m from the property . Near motordrome, tennis courts and horse riding center. Guests will receive from the owner a valid passport for entry to the Lanterna tourist village.

* One day before departure, please notify us of the estimated time of departure, in order to arrange the handover of the keys. The accommodation must be vacated no later than 10 am on the last day of stay.

* Guests are kindly requested to leave empty rubbish bins and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils.

* Any damage caused please declare to the owner that after an accurate assessment of the damage cost will be charged on the spot.
