The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, induction stove, and microwave. Numerous windows and a large panoramic door in the living room allow ample natural light and provide a splendid view of the green surroundings.
The entire apartment is on one level and has been designed to be wheelchair accessible.
The bathroom is very spacious, featuring a large, barrier-free shower with a corresponding seat, an accessible sink, and a toilet with grab bars.
