Seaside stone cottage with a covered terrace as a perfect retreat for nature enthusiasts

The Kornati robinzon house is situated in a distinctive spot alongside a small harbor on Zut Island, nestled within Dragisina Bay among the Kornati Islands. Immerse yourself in direct communion with nature here. Zut Island is part of a natural park, positioned 14 nautical miles away from Murter (where the boat transfers starts) and 12 nautical miles from Biograd. Within the bay of Dragisina, there are 8 residences, numerous pathways for walking, a hill crowned by a renovated church where visitors can ring the bell and explore inside, all offering a breathtaking panoramic view of Kornati National Park.

This rustic stone house, situated on a single level, comfortably accommodates up to four guests. Boasting two bedrooms furnished with a luxurious king-size bed and a standard double bed, it ensures a cozy stay. The living and dining area features a comfortable sofa and a dining ensemble with chairs, offering a relaxed atmosphere for socializing and meals. Equipped with essential amenities, the kitchen is fitted with a gas stove, oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer. The bathroom includes a bathtub, washbasin, and toilet, ensuring convenience during your stay. Originally constructed in 1935 and utilized for daily living, cultivating the land, tending to olive and fig trees, fishing, raising sheep, and working in vineyards, this historic dwelling underwent complete renovations in 2004 and 2019. Presently, it serves as an escape from the bustle of daily life, often rented by those seeking tranquility, relaxation, and immersion in the serene beauty of the sea and nature.

The covered terrace offers an inviting space furnished with a dining table, chairs, a grill, and comfortable deckchairs. From here, you can relish a splendid panoramic view of the serene sea, adding to the charm of your stay.

There is a wood-burning stove for heating. The water tank that supplies the water for the shower and cooking is filled up with a pump. Water is available, but please use it sensibly. Solar electricity (12V) is used and you can charge a mobile phone. The fridge is large (150 liters) with 3 drawers for freezing. Forbidden use of electrical devices on 220V such as portable fridge, hairdryer, coffee machine, etc. There is internet available (portable internet device). The boat transport is organized by privately rented boat with a captain from the town Murter at 8am (there is no public transport) and it is paid additionally. The car of the guests will be safely parked in Murter. Murter is 14 nautical miles from Zut island and the trip takes 1,5 hours.
The accommodation features a wood-burning stove for heating purposes. Water for showering and cooking is supplied from a water tank filled by a pump system. Although water is available, we kindly request responsible usage. Solar electricity (12V) is utilized, offering the convenience of charging mobile devices. The fridge boasts a spacious capacity of 150 liters with three separate drawers for freezing. Please note that electrical devices requiring 220V, such as portable fridges, hairdryers, or coffee machines, are not permitted. However, there is internet access available through a portable device.
Transportation to the island is arranged via privately rented boat with a captain departing from Murter at 8 am. If you need to buy fresh food, it is recommended to arrive to Murter at 7 am. Please note that public transportation to the island is not available. Additional charges apply for boat transport. Guests' vehicles can be securely parked in Murter during their stay, at public parking (extra charges, if any, are minimal). The trip from Murter to Zut island spans 14 nautical miles, lasting approximately 1.5 hours.

The house is conveniently located just a few steps away from the sea. The beachfront consists of a stone and concrete waterfront, offering direct access to the water. Nearby, there are three restaurants, a renovated church, and numerous stone pathways for leisurely strolls. For added adventure, there's an option to rent a small motorboat, measuring 5 horsepower and 4 meters in length.

    “Alles in Allem ein sehr schöner Ort um es sich gut gehen zu lassen, mit kleinen Abstrichen.
    Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert! Positiv: Sehr nette Vermieter, die sich hervorragend um alles kümmern!
    Das Meer ist direkt vor der Haustür. Negativ: Dadurch das alle Lebensmittel auf die Insel transportiert werden müssen, sind die Preise in den Restaurants sehr teuer!
    Nichts für den kleinen Geldbeutel!”

    “Mit der richtigen Einstellung wird es ein gelungener Urlaub. Positiv: Zurück zur Natur, Ruhe und die Möglichkeit kleine Ausflüge mit dem Boot zu machen. Kein Massentourismus. Wir hatten die Möglichkeit jeden Tag frischen Fisch in der Nachbarschaft zu genießen. Negativ: Das Interieur ist etwas betagt.”

    “Einfache Ausstattung in genialer Lage! Es ist alles da, was man wirklich braucht, wenn etwas fehlt, wird es vom Vermieter im Laufe von 2-3 Tagen mit dem Boot-Taxi gebracht. Das Bild vom Haus suggeriert Einsamkeit, das ist etwas anders, denn gegenüber der kleinen Bucht befindet sich eine nette Konaba. Die Wirtsleute warten den ganzen Tag auf Yachten, deren Crews dann dort abends zum Essen gehen. Es ist trotzdem sehr ruhig, gibt gelegentlich etwas zu sehen... Eigener Einkauf funktioniert nur mit dem Boot, es gibt keinen Weg bis zum Hafen. Dort sind zwei kleine Shops, wo man das Nötigste bekommen kann.
